Chapter Roundup: London

Spring 2017 update

The London chapter has continued to hold at least one social event for members per month this year. With pub quizzes, karaoke and book clubs we have aimed to offer events for everyone.

Events over the last few months include:

Pub socials

A pub quiz (at which we raised £100 for charity)

Hanami in Regent's Park

Karaoke & pizza night

In July we will organise a Q&A session for more than 50 outgoing JETs with 20 volunteers. After a light sushi lunch we'll have an open pub social for all members and new JETs.

We also aim to take advantage of local events in London such as Japan Matsuri, to be held in Trafalgar Square in September.
