Online sessions with JETAA Scotland

1st December 2020

Online sessions with JETAA Scotland

JETAA Scotland are still running online sessions welcome to all, on the first Friday of every month.

In Novemeber we had Mio Shudo, a famous, Scottish based, Japanese storyteller, run an event. She dazzled attendees with dramatic, live storytelling in English and Japanese.

On the 4th of December there was a great session about discovering inner peace through Japanese calligraphy. Attendees had a chance to watch a master at work and have a go themselves.

January's session will be on tea ceremonies, analysing the history of Japanese tea culture and the correct way to perform the ceremony.

New sessions are being planned by the Scottish chapter and Jessica Brown at Nihongo Connection for the new year.
