Are you a former JET Programme participant preparing to launch or relaunch your career in the UK? Whether you’ve just returned or are navigating your next step, the JET Alumni Mentorship Programme connects you with those who’ve done it — and want to help.
This cross-organisational, formal mentoring programme is designed to support your move from the JET Programme into the UK workforce. You’ll gain practical insights, develop your transferable skills, and build professional connections that last.
Who Can Take Part?
Mentors
If you’ve successfully made the transition from JET to a UK-based career and have been back at least three years, you can support a fellow alumnus in navigating the job market and adapting to workplace culture.
Mentees
Just returned from Japan? As a mentee, you'll receive structured support and real-world guidance tailored to launching a career in the UK.
